Gary Barlow admits that he is boring

Gary Barlow has admitted that he isn't the most interesting of people.

Speaking to OK! magazine, the Take That singer conceded that he is "boring" and doesn't have that many stories to tell.

However, his recent trek around the world for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee song 'Sing' has finally given him something new to talk about, it seems. He said:

"I was at a dinner party the other day and went to tell a story and [my wife] Dawn went, 'Oh please, that was four years ago!' So I've had to invent a few new ones on this journey because I am boring, there's no question about it."

Barlow also commented on public clamour for the singer to be knighted, admitting that he is probably a bit too young for that just yet. He said:

"I think I'm a little young still, though I have informed my wife that should the day ever come, then I will insist on being called 'Sir' at home. What was her response? Not printable."
