JAMIE CULLEN LAUNCHES 'B IN THE MOVIES CAMPAIGN' ALONGSIDE YAMAHA MUSIC LONDON

Jamie Cullen joins forces with Yamaha B Series pianos to give all budding pianists the chance to become a music video star as they celebrate 10 years of Yamaha b series pianos – so budding musicians get creating!

For a chance to win all you have to do is enter the online ‘b in the movies’ competition at www.facebook.com/YamahaPianosEurope by October 1st 2015. To help create the perfect music video environment, Yamaha Music London, 152-160 Wardour Street has a b Series piano already set up for you to play in front of a brilliant movie-style backdrop to set the scene!

There’s x10 £800 prizes up for grabs plus an extra £800 prize for the video which receives the most public votes. Simply upload a short video of you enjoying a b Series piano to YouTube or Vimeo and then find the Yamaha Piano page on Facebook.

Whether that's playing chopsticks with your cat or singing to a sonata, just as long as you're celebrating with the b Series! The top 20 entries, as voted by the public, will be decided by the judging panel which includes Yamaha Artist Jamie Cullum and Piano Battle. They will then select the final 10 winners who have shared their enjoyment of music in the entertaining and original way.

How to enter:

Find a b Series piano

If you're not able to get to Yamaha Music London 152-160 Wardour Street, you'll most likely find one at your local piano store or music school. You might have one at home and they've even been found at train stations! There are three models in the b Series range to choose from (b1, b2 and b3) and you can use any one of them to take part in this competition.

Shoot your video

It's your 'b' movie so film yourself or others having fun, giving a solo performance or with other musicians. It's entirely up to you - just remember to include a b Series piano and keep it under 5 minutes!

Upload and enter

Once you've recorded your video, upload it to YouTube or Vimeo and then find our Piano page on Facebook - www.facebook.com/YamahaPianosEurope. At the top of our newsfeed, you'll see the competition entry post. Simply follow the link to enter, complete you details on our registration page and then paste the web address from your YouTube or Vimeo movie. The deadline for video entries is 1st October 2015 and the sooner you enter, the sooner you can be building up votes!
