'Glee' extra ruins storyline for fans

A regular extra on the hit U.S musical show 'Glee' has been fired for revealing embargoed details about the show, and in particular, which characters were set to be crowned Prom King and Queen.

Nicole Crowther, who appears on the programme from time to time, tweeted from her account on April 17 the names of the crowned characters:

"K is PQ and Ka is PK"

This added fuel to the rumours that Kurt and his bully Dave Karofsky were going to be given another dramatic storyline involving the popular American high school event. Following a backlash from angry Gleeks, Crowther then posted:

"They are not doing reshoots because of my careless mistake so shut up haters and leave me alone."

Producer of 'Glee', Brad Falchuk, then tweeted to her:

"Who are you to spoil something talented people have spent months to create?"

"hope you're qualified to do something besides work in entertainment."

Crowther has since deactivated her account on the social networking site, but you can watch Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel, tackle an emotional rendition of 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' by The Beatles, here:
