Glee's Dianna Agron, who plays Cheerio Quinn Fabray, has had a nose job. 

The 25-year-old singer and actress revealed to talk show host David Letterman that her nose, which is actually talked about and envied in an episode of the musical show where character Rachel Berry is debating rhinoplasty, has been cosmetically altered. 

"The first time I didn't go to the doctor because I didn't want to tell my mom what had happened [getting caught up in an argument at a party] and she would never let me out of the house."

"I couldn't get it fixed because we were in the middle of doing this concert tour and we were filming. We had a day off and I met up with some of my friends and we were dancing. And again, there was another collision of sorts - I must be turning too quickly, people don't see me coming or something - but it's fixed now!"

Agron also opened up about her drastic haircut and explained that she loved cutting her long blonde locks in favour of a cropped style. Watch her perform TLC's 'Unpretty' with Lea Michele on a recent episode of Glee below:
