Julia Thomsen, the British classical composer, has won a silver award for outstanding achievement at the Global Music Awards for her critically acclaimed EP 'Sea Energise.'

The EP from 2020 has surpassed over half a million Spotify streams and has achieved praise by some of the most lauded music journals and radio stations, including Scala Radio, the flagship classical station.

Julia Thomsen, speaking about the award, said: "Given how hard I've worked on my music over the last few years, winning a Global Music Award is a dream come true for me. It's an honour to gain recognition on a global scale, and it's incredible that via music, I've been able to inspire others while simultaneously offering a connection to nature."
