Green Day have announced a number of North America tour dates.

The punk-rockers will play clubs in September and October in support of their upcoming new album 'Revolution Radio'.

The first date will take place on September 20 at the Pageant in St. Louis.

There will also be shows in the likes of Boston and Los Angeles.

Tickets will go on general sale from 9am on Friday (September 9). The full schedule is as follows:

• 3/10 -- Washington, DC @ 9:30 Club
• 8/10 -- New York, NY @ Webster Hall
• 17/10 -- Los Angeles, CA @ Palladium
• 20/10 -- Berkeley, CA @ UC Theatre
