Gwen Stefani opens up about new music in Twitter Q&A

'Spiderwebs' superstar Gwen Stefani took to her official Twitter page last night (October 21) and hosted an impromptu question and answer session with fans who were keen to know more about No Doubt's new material as well as her brand new solo music.

When asked if a solo album is likely to be released soon, the platinum-haired beauty confessed that she has been working hard on a new project, which she described as an 'entire album of collaborations', and explained that it should drop before the end of the year: "Hopefully if all goes well, sometime in Dec."

She also revealed that rapper Kendrick Lamar is someone she would love to duet with in the future and went onto talk about hearing her new single 'Baby Don't Lie' on the radio, adding: "It's super weird and surreal and never gets old."

A follower wanted to know if she already has a title for her upcoming solo album and Stefani teased: "Yes. You’ll find out soon!" She also briefly mentioned her Harajuku Girls cartoon and told fans that she thinks it will 'blow their minds' although a release date for that project is yet to be shared.
