Gwen Stefani admits that juggling music and her family is "the hardest thing"

No Doubt's Gwen Stefani graces the cover of September's fashion edition of Harper's Bazaar and she also opens up about the conflicts she faces while juggling her career with being a mother.

For the interview's accompanying photoshoot, the 'Settle Down' rocker wears a stunning pink Jil Sander gown and decadent hat by Alexis Mabille Couture, and also models Alexander McQueen, Oscar de la Renta, the Row and Versace.

Speaking about splitting her time between No Doubt's reunion and being a parent to her adorable children, Stefani admitted that it's always a challenge:

"It's superfun being a mom, but it's hard too. Finding that balance between work and family is the hardest thing I've ever done by far."

She also talks about her love of couture fashion and adds: "I've always been a girl who loves to dress up."

In the same interview, Stefani revealed that wearing make-up keeps her husband happy so she always tries to look her best.
