Jennifer Lopez has opened up about her views on several different things, including sexting.

The American Idol judge was a guest on Live With Kelly and Michael yesterday (March 28) to promote the new season of her NBC crime drama Shades of Blue, which she is not only starring in, but also producing.

And in order for the hosts to get to know their guest a little better, they asked JLo to play a game titled 'JLo or JNo', in which she had to reveal whether she liked or disliked certain things. 

Spanx, carbs, singing in the shower and surprise parties all got a "JLo," but when she was asked to reveal her thoughts on man buns and the modern act of sexting, it appears Lopez is not such a big fan.

"Dangerous," she responded with a wide smile, "I'm going to have to say JNo. Dangerous." 

Instead of sending naughty texts, it seems Lopez mostly uses her phone to check on her children.

She said: "Because I work and sometimes I come home after they're asleep... I always tell them I check on you all through the night all the time and I guess that gives them some comfort."
