Jessica Simpson's pre-wedding fitness routine
Jessica Simpson isn't bowing to the pressure of shedding pounds before her big day and is instead going to "dance around" to keep trim.
The 'With You' singer turned actress explained that she won't be employing the services of a personal trainer for her dream bride body, but is going against Hollywood's norm and doing it alone:
"I just have to work out on my own. There is no regimen I need to follow. There's no diet I need to follow. I just need to do some things for myself and that's it. And that will make me feel the happiest."
She has an idea of what she might wear at her forthcoming wedding, but at the moment is more certain of how to stay in shape, and added:
"No exercise is fun! I am going to dance around my bedroom and hopefully lose some weight — and lift some weights and do what I can!"
