Jessie J says new song is about the 'person that makes you want to take your clothes off'

Jessie J has opened up on the meaning behind her new single.

The singer is due to unleash 'Burnin' Up' worldwide on September 23, but a UK release is reportedly due to land later in the year.

Its official audio was revealed on Monday (September 22) and fans have been lapping up the 2 Chainz collaboration.

Speaking to Capital FM on Monday, the Brit said that the tune is about the one person who makes you want to get frisky.

She said: "'Burnin' Up’ is about the person that makes you want to take your clothes off!"

Talking meanwhile about the song's video, Jessie J said: "I did say yesterday that there is a man in the video and a part when I’m wearing latex – those situations are not together.

“So there is a rumour on Instagram that I’m rubbing up on a guy, wearing latex. This isn’t true, guys! There is a man in the video, he’s a model and actor in LA and he made it easy for me to be relaxed."

The singer's new album 'Sweet Talker' meanwhile will be released on October 13.
