Jessie J has injured her back after doing "stunts" on the set of her new music video. 

The star jetted off to a "secret location" to film the visuals for her forthcoming single, 'Nobody's Perfect', and has been tweeting to her fans from the set, which she explained was breath taking:

"I am blown away at this set!! I actually nearly cried!! Its incredible... Built from SCRATCH!! #heartbeats. #nobodysperfect"

Around midday today, March 24, the Essex-born vocal powerhouse revealed that she sustained a back injury whilst filming:

"Wow I have really messed up my back!!! All for the #nobodysperfect video... Ooohh guuurrl I'm in pain today. Up and at em #standuptour rehearsals. :)"

"Its all worthit for an amazing video :) I did all my own stunts #boyyyya"
