Jessie J has revealed that not only is she unsure of what the Mercury Prize actually is, she's also never heard of this year's winner, PJ Harvey. 

The 'Do It Like A Dude' hitmaker explained to the NME that while there's a chance she might be nominated for the prestigious award next year, she should "probably find out what it is before then":

"I didn’t see the ceremony, no, I was jet-lagged after a flight back from America so I had an early night. I live in a bubble. Could I be up for a Mercury next year? Possibly. I should probably find out what it is before then, haha!"

When asked for her opinion on Harvey's exciting win, Jessie J admitted that she has no idea who she is and even questioned, "is she good then?"
