Jessie J pulls out of second gig due to ill health

'Nobody's Perfect' hitmaker Jessie J has apologised to fans in both Paris and Dublin for having to cancel performances in the cities due to an illness.

The superstar was due to support Justin Timberlake tonight (July 10) in Dublin, Ireland and was also scheduled to perform in the French capital tomorrow night, but has now axed the shows because she has a sore throat.

Writing on her official Twitter page this evening, Jessie J told her followers that she regrets having to sit the gigs out but it will be quicker for her to recover if she has genuine vocal rest:

"A special big up to the Rockcorps volunteers in Paris. You guys have been doing amazing work!! Heartbeats, I'm so sorry I can't be with you at my shows tonight in Dublin or tomorrow in Paris. I promise I will be back very soon!"

Earlier this week, she explained that sitting in a heavily air conditioned area had dried her throat out: "My voice has decided to be friends with the air con today and dry out to Marge Simpson vibes! So I'm in bright trousers and will do all I can to be entertaining with hardly no voice!"
