JLS star Oritse Williams has opened up about his physique, saying that his newly toned body has attracted the attention of his ex-girlfriends.

Speaking to new! magazine, Williams said that he has been working out a lot recently to fine-tune his physique.

He added that a lot of his ex-girlfriends have "come out of the woodwork" as a result of his newly found buffness. He said:

"Put it this way, a lot of ex-girlfriends have come out of the woodwork. It's an interesting situation. I wanted to prove to our fans that I'm just like them. I'm a pop star but I have my issues too. I never weighed myself, I just kept a picture diary. A picture never lies!"

Williams meanwhile also revealed a tender side, admitting that he shed a tear of happiness when he found out bandmate Marvin Humes had proposed to girlfriend Rochelle Wiseman. He said:

"I had a little tear when he told me he'd proposed."
