JLS's Marvin Humes says band will stay "ahead of the game"

JLS’s Marvin Humes has revealed the band will release their fifth album next year.

The 27-year-old who is to become a dad with wife Rochelle Wiseman next year admitted there is “a lot of competition” in the industry, but the band would not be holding back.

The group will start a UK tour of their current album 'Evolution' next December.

Humes told the Daily Star newspaper: “By the time 2013 rolls round it’ll be time for our fifth album.

"This is usually a greatest hits in boy band territory but we don’t know if we’re ready for that yet. There will definitely be an album next year.

“There’s a lot of competition for us – not just from other boy bands. So we have to stay ahead of the game and stay relevant coming up with new hits.

“We keep trying to make big records.”
