JLS star Marvin Humes has put himself forward as a potential contestant on jungle themed reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.

As previously reported, the British boyband recently announced that they would split up at the end of the year after going on a farewell tour.

The lads recorded an interview for Alan Carr's Chatty Man TV show soon after the news broke, which will air tonight in the UK (April 26).

When asked what their post-split plans are, Humes replied:

"I might do I'm a Celebrity. I like the show."

The singer has already made steps into a radio career by launching his own show on Capital FM.

In the same interview, Oritsé Williams broke down in tears as his bandmates discussed the reasons behind their split.
