Jedward have debuted their latest lyric video online.

The Irish duo are releasing the track 'Free Spirit' on May 17 as the lead single from their upcoming album of the same name.

To precede the single release, the former X Factor stars have unleashed a lyric video for the song online.

The clip was lapped up by fans, with one YouTube user commenting: "This is amazing. You're so talented. I'm seriously so proud of you guys. We're finally proving people wrong & it makes me so happy. I have it pre ordered, can't wait until May 17th."

Speaking previously meanwhile about their 'Free Spirit' album, Edward Grimes said: 

"Since October, we have been working on our album, we have had three albums to date, but this is the first album written and produced by us."

John Grimes commented: "Each song reflects a different mood and emotion, which our fans can associate with. Over the last year we have gone through a transition as artists, we have had time to reflect about life and put those thoughts into our songs."
