Jonas Brothers: 'Our new album shows real growth'

Newly reformed pop-rock trio the Jonas Brothers have admitted that they're keen to release more new material because fans will hear a definite "growth" with their style and songwriting.

Speaking to Digital Spy after yesterday's (November 12) MTV European Music Awards, the guys explained that they want to put on the best show for their followers so have infused genres to come up with something different an unexpected:

"It's definitely a growth. We're trying to infuse classic influences with some of the more modern influences. We want to put on a great show for our fans."

Back in October, the 'Wedding Bells' stars confessed that working together so closely again has brought a bit of tension to their dynamic as brothers, but they're all very strong-minded and like to get their own points across:

"No physical altercations, but yeah, you have to disagree to get what you want - disagree to agree. It works out because we have a voting system. Then we go to our management team if it doesn't work. If you feel strongly about something, I think it's always important to stick by it."
