Justin Bieber reveals his fitness routine

Canadian sensation Justin Bieber has just teamed up with Calvin Klein to become the new face of the brand and he has now opened up about the fitness program that helped him to get such a slamming body. 

Speaking to Us Weekly about the workout regime he does under the supervision and guidance of trainer Patrick Nilsson, the star explained:

"I work out with my trainer, Patrick Nilsson, five days a week for about 45 minutes each. We do three days splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day."

Bieber went onto add that while he isn't on a specific diet, he tries to actively make good choices although he does occasionally slip into bad eating habits: "I'm not on a special diet, but I do try to watch what I eat. I do eat unhealthy sometimes - I am a 20-year-old guy!"

The 'As Long As You Love Me' heartthrob issued a statement about his partnership with Calvin Klein, which reads: "Calvin Klein is such an iconic brand and I am excited and honoured to become a part of the Calvin Klein brand legacy with this campaign."

"I have been a longtime fan of the brand and have worn their jeans and underwear for a while, so this is kind of a dream come true. This is the beginning of an exciting new year for me, personally and professionally, and being a part of this campaign has been a fantastic opportunity and experience."
