Scooter Braun on new Justin Bieber music: 'It will shock some people'

Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun reckons the singer's new material will "shock" some people.

The singer spent much of 2014 out of the spotlight after being arrested for DUI in January.

He knuckled down and channelled his energy into hitting the studio, with new music expected to land this year.

Speaking to Complex, Braun said that Bieber's tunes will both "shock" and please people.

He said in an interview conducted in 2014: "He’s in such an incredible place right now, and he’s excited to share where he is with the world next year.

"It will shock some people and make others really happy.”

Braun added that the singer will emerge this year with an "openness about what he’s learned in the last year".

Bieber meanwhile recently appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show to state that he is ready to move on from his recent past.
