Justin Bieber: 'I've learned to cut people out of my life'

'As Long As You Love Me' sensation Justin Bieber has opened up about moving on with his life in a new revealing interview with USA Today.

Speaking to the newspaper, the heartthrob explained that he has learned to cut people out of his life if they're having a negative influence on him because it's important to surround yourself with those who support you and help you to grow:

"Yeah, I left a lot of people behind who weren't on the same journey I was on, and I've got a lot of new people in my life who are pouring into me, and not taking away from me."

As previously reported, Bieber also confessed that he now has a better relationship with his mother because it was strained for a while as a result of his past behaviour: "Of course, [my mum and I] lost our relationship for awhile. She couldn't really tell me anything; she would try, but I wasn't listening to anybody and that sort of sucked. But our relationship is getting better now; we're getting it back."
