Justin Bieber asks US news website to remove naked photos

Justin Bieber's legal team are requesting that a US news website remove nude paparazzi photos of the singer.

The New York Daily News recently published naked images of the Canadian while he holidayed in French Polynesia.

The BBC reports that the 21-year-old's legal team have asked the website to remove the pictures within 12 hours of receiving their correspondence.

At the time of writing, the images are still on the website, with Bieber's privates censored.

The legal letter reportedly reads: "We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorised photographs of our client including images showing him without clothing."

Bieber's team say the photos infringe on his publicity and privacy rights.
