Justin Bieber enjoyed his community service: 'It felt good'

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has revealed that having to do community service was fine because it gave him a chance to give back and to think about his behaviour.

He spoke to Britain's NME magazine about doing community service and admitted that it was a humbling and rewarding experience because he built something for children:

“I built a plastic playground for these little kids. I was pretty hidden away. Usually you have to do it in the street but they didn’t make me. I was painting, listening to music and having the best time. There were families there, and I got to meet a lot of people who were happy to see me. That felt good. Like I wasn’t just doing it because I did something stupid.”

Earlier this week, Bieber confirmed to Ellen DeGeneres that he will be embarking on a world tour next year in support of his new album ‘Purpose’. It will begin on March 9 and tickets are set to go on sale on November 16.
