Justin Bieber No.1 on midweek UK singles chart with 'Sorry'

Justin Bieber is currently No.1 on the UK singles chart.

The Official Charts Company confirmed today (November 16) that the singer's track 'Sorry' is top of the midweek update.

It has usurped Adele's 'Hello', which has spent the last three weeks at No.1.

Her track slips to No.2, while Fleur East's 'Sax' stays put at No.3.

Jess Glynne's 'Take Me Home' follows at No.4 and Bieber's Ed Sheeran collaboration 'Love Yourself' is a new entry at No.5.

One Direction are up six places to No.10 with 'Perfect', while Ariana Grande's 'One Last Time' is No.26 after Lauren Murray performed it on the weekend's X Factor.

Eagles of Death Metal meanwhile are a new entry at No.96 with their Duran Duran cover 'Save A Prayer'.

A fan-led campaign has seen the song enter the chart after 89 people were killed at their show at Paris' Bataclan on Friday (November 13) in a terror attack.
