'Baby' hitmaker Justin Bieber appeared on NBC's The Voice last night (April 17) and gave a special announcement.

The Canadian superstar confirmed that his forthcoming new studio album, 'Believe', is set to be released on June 19. 

After his appearance on the popular televised contest he took to social networking site Twitter to share the news with his online followers:

"#BELIEVE - JUNE 19th!"

Bieber will also return to The Voice on May 8 for the finale, where he will treat viewers and the studio audience alike to a rendition of his latest single 'Boyfriend'.
