Justin Bieber has spoken of his delight at seeing UK bands such as The Wanted do so well in the US.

The British boyband have been causing a bit of a storm Stateside, performing on American Idol and hitting the charts.

One Direction of course have also enjoyed success in the America, becoming the first British band to hit No.1 there with their debut album.

Speaking to Capital FM, Justin Bieber - whose manager Scooter Braun also looks after The Wanted in America - said that the band's success across the pond is "incredible". He said:

"It's great to see all these young people being successful, especially coming from the UK. A lot of the time it's hard to break UK acts in the states, but now The Wanted are doing it. It's really incredible."
