Justin Bieber hits back in Joustin' Beaver legal case

Justin Bieber has fought back in a lawsuit running against a mobile application named 'Joustin' Beaver'.

TMZ says that court documents filed this week show that Bieber's team is wanting the lawsuit thrown out.

They say that the case - which Bieber claims "infringes on his likeness" - is invalid on a technicality, as the app company filed the lawsuit in Florida, where Bieber doesn't live.

App company RC3 have previously said that the game is a parody and as such, they are entitled to run with the 'Joustin' Beaver' name and graphics.

As previously reported, Bieber has announced that his new track 'Die In Your Arms' will be released on Tuesday (May 29) as the build up to his new album 'Believe' continues.
