Justin Bieber had a scare last night (May 31) in Paris after bouncing his head off a pane of glass on stage.

The impact was so hard that he passed out for fifteen seconds after his set as doctors attended to the teen star.

Bieber was performing in Paris as part of his 'secret' promotional tour in Europe, which has already seen the singer perform in Norway.

Speaking to TMZ, Bieber said that the glass incident "really hurt" but that he continued his last song as he fought through with adrenaline. He said:

"I hit my head on the glass and after that it really hurt and I felt a little light headed. But my adrenaline pushed me through it and I performed the last song. After that I went off stage and immediately I felt really weak and I was walking down the stairs and I passed out for like fifteen seconds."

He continued: "I was like unresponsive and not talking, not anything. Finally I opened my eyes and I saw the doctor and he told me I had a concussion but still to relax."

Tweeting about the incident, Bieber said: "I will see u again Glass. I will have my revenge. BIEBER vs GLASS. MGM LAS VEGAS 2013. lol. #GottaLaughAtYourself."
