Justin Bieber's record label "regrets" fan injuries at Norway gig

Justin Bieber's record label have apologised for the singer's show in Norway where scores of fans were injured.

Bieber performed a free show in Oslo on Wednesday (May 30) after tweeting that fans needed to adhere to police requests to ensure their own safety.

A number of fans however - reported to be 49 - were injured as the superstar came to town, with crowds also seen chasing his car through the street.

As reported by E!, Bieber's label Universal said that "fortunately no one was seriously injured" and that they regret "strongly that some of those who were [at the] Justin concert had a bad experience".

They added that Bieber has expressed his desire to "return to Norway and [perform] a new concert".
