Justin Bieber fans in tears after Sheffield gig is cancelled

Justin Bieber fans have been reduced to tears after it was confirmed one of the dates on his 2013 UK tour has been cancelled.

Bieber recently announced a number of dates due to take place in England early next year as he promotes his new album 'Believe'.

The Canadian superstar was due to hit Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena on February 23, but the show has now been cancelled after "scheduling" difficulties. The promoters of the concert said in a statement:

"Unfortunately we have found ourselves with a scheduling conflict regarding the show that was scheduled for February 23 in Sheffield.  We tried everything that we could to resolve the conflict but unfortunately it has not proved possible and consequently the show will not be going on-sale as originally planned. AEG Live would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Bieber fans then took to Twitter to express their disappointment, with one fan tweeting:

"Today is such a sad day. I'm not going to see justin at believe tour in Sheffield coz its been cancelled. I'm actually crying right now."
