Justin Bieber has launched an online competition to find a new dancer for his upcoming Believe world tour.

The Canadian teen idol has invited fans to upload videos of their dancing skills, with the most talented winning an audition spot for his tour which kicks off in Arizona on September 29.

Tour director Jon M. Chu, who will help Bieber with the campaign which ends on August 17, told E! News that the idea was a no-brainer:

“Justin also has such a huge online component, that’s where he was discovered. You can upload your own video and audition.

Choreographer Nick DeMoura went on to warn those who are thinking of entering that the standard will be extremely high:

"We're only looking for the best dancers in the world. I know you and I, we want to take it to a whole other level. It's gonna be like an epic journey."
