Justin Bieber may have the world at his feet, but it seems doing Welsh accents may be one step too far for his talents.

The Canadian superstar impressed viewers of ITV morning show Daybreak with an English accent earlier this year when he was promoting his new album 'Believe'.

He appeared on the show again recently and was asked by Welsh host Aled Jones if he could replicate his home country's accent with the sentence: "Hello I'm Justin Bieber and welcome to Daybreak."

The Welsh accent's lilts and rolls seemed to get the better of him however, with Bieber taking to Twitter to admit that he sounded like a popular film and TV character:

"I kinda sounded like borat. lol."
