Justin Bieber has reaffirmed his dedication to girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The internet has been awash with speculation over the past couple of weeks that the celebrity pair had gone their separate ways.

However, speaking on Oprah's Next Chapter, the Canadian star said that he doesn't want Gomez to be alienated from him because of his fame.

Bieber used the example of how some popstars don't want to be seen with their partners - but he is different. He said:

"Sometimes we gotta take the back exits, but I never make her separate from me. I don’t want her to feel like I'm ashamed of her."

The 'Believe' man continued: "A lot of guys do that - especially in the business - they don’t want to be seen with the girl, so they make them ride in separate cars and do all that getaway stuff. When we getaway, we’re getting away together at least."
