Justin Bieber teams up with Pencils of Promise

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has partnered with the charity Pencils of Promise to help raise money for schools in underdeveloped countries.

The 'As Long As You Love Me' hitmaker has revealed that fans will be able to win a visit from him to their school if they donate just $25 to the worthwhile cause. Once a donation has been made by a pupil, their school will earn tickets for a lottery and the institution that wins will play host to the teen heartthrob as a reward.

In an official statement, Bieber explained that it's a charity close to his heart because education is so important:

"I wanted to give every one of my fans a chance to help others and bring me to their school for just $25. The Schools4All campaign is a way for us young people to make a change, and I’ll get to thank an entire school in person.”

He also filmed a promotional video for the campaign, in which he can be heard urging viewers to "join the movement of students for students and make your voice heard".
