Justin Bieber on Grammys snub: "I will be nominated one day"

Justin Bieber has admitted that not receiving any nominations for the 2013 Grammys was a "big bummer" - but the singer reckons his fortune will change soon.

The star released his third record 'Believe' earlier this year but it was completely bypassed in the nominations for the 55th Grammy Awards.

This prompted a frustrated response from manager Scooter Braun on Twitter, who felt his client deserved a nod.

Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Bieber said that he was left disappointed by the awards snub but that he feels he will be nominated in the future. He admitted:

"[It was] a big bummer...I was looking forward to [possible Grammy nominations], but I know it will happen one day. I'm so young, I'm only 18. I'm just blessed to be able to do what I love every day. And the Amas was a lot of fun for me so...Hopefully, one day."

Whilst Bieber missed out completely, the likes of fun. and Frank Ocean landed six nominations each.
