Justin Bieber gives Nathan Sykes support after vocal surgery

Justin Bieber has tweeted a message of support to The Wanted's Nathan Sykes after the singer underwent a throat operation.

As previously reported, the 'All Time Low' star was recently forced to take a break from singing after discovering a reported hemorrhaging nodule on his vocal cord.

Sykes has received support from his bandmates as the lengthy recovery period begins - and Justin Bieber got in on the act too. He tweeted the ailing singer:

"Stay strong bro."

Sykes then replied: "Thanks mate. Hope to catch you soon :)."

The Wanted star meanwhile offered his thoughts on the news that JLS will split at the end of the year, tweeting: "Sad to hear about @JLSOfficial. Some of the nicest guys in the business. Good luck to them all in the future! :)." Watch Justin Bieber perform live below:
