Justin Timberlake is being sued by Cirque du Soleil

Justin Timberlake and producer, Timbaland, are being sued by the circus group Cirque du Soleil for allegedly using a sample of one of their original songs on his 2013 track, 'Don't Hold The Wall.'

Cirque du Soleil claim that parts from their track 'Steel Dream' feature in the track and are seeking £560,000 ($800,000) in damages. They filed their law suit yesterday (March 31) in New York.

Sony Entertainment, Universal Music, The WB Music Group, producers J-Roc and James Fauntleroy are also named in the suit.

The US drinks company, Anheuser-Busch, join the defendants, as the company used 'Don't Hold The Wall' in a beer commercial.
