Superstar Justin Timberlake has confessed that he’s unable to concentrate on both acting and singing at the same time.

In an interview on the Ellen Degeneres show, the ‘SexyBack’ singer explained that his absence from music is because of his current love of acting. Speaking about his musical hiatus, he said jokingly:

“I’m a male. I lack the ability to do two things at the same time.”

Timberlake also said he’d like to release another album, adding, “I hope I'm not done.”

English singer/songwriter, and fan of Timberlake’s music, Eliza Doolittle tweeted this morning (November 22):

“I'm gutted at the news that Justin Timberlake won't be releasing another album for 4 years to concentrate on acting. Intro #multitasking?"
