Justin Timberlake has claimed that men cried as he sang at his recent wedding.

The singer and actor tied the knot with Jessica Biel on October 19 in Italy, with a number of family and friends in attendance.

Speaking to Hello magazine, Timberlake confirmed rumours that he performed at the ceremony, adding that it was an emotional occasion for all. He said:

"I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sing her down the aisle. Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it's because I didn't sound bad!"

Talking about the moment he clinched the deal on the day, the 'SexyBack' singer said: "To hear all of our family and friends cheering at extremely loud, inappropriate decibel levels, that became the pinnacle of the ceremony."

Timberlake meanwhile has apologised for showing a short video at his wedding entitled 'Greetings from your Hollywood friends who couldn't make it', which featured homeless people giving shout-outs to the happy couple.
