Kaiser Chiefs made their return to the summer festival scene official last night by walking onto the stage at the Isle of Wight Festival holding the Olympic torch. 

The group performed at the event on Friday, June 10 and frontman Ricky Wilson announced to the audience:

"You seen this yet? This time next year, this'll be lit… let's have a huge round of applause for the Olympic torch.”
