It has been revealed that Kanye West is teaching college students about the fashion industry as part of a court order to perform community service.

In July 2013 the ‘Monster’ rapper was sentenced to 250 hours of community service following his plea of no contest to charges of criminal battery and attempted grand theft after attacking a photographer at LAX airport.

Despite the fact that West has been holding classes at L.A. Trade Technical College since May this year, pictures of the rap star delivering lectures about his experiences in the fashion industry have only just emerged (see picture above left and below).

Photos of Kanye speaking to students in a classroom were originally posted on a student’s Instagram account, @itschrisgaleno, which has since been deleted. The pictures of the ‘Yeezus’ musician have now been appropriated by @teamkanyedaily.

As well as performing community service, Kanye West was also sentenced to two years of probation and anger management classes.
