Kanye West has reportedly been hospitalised for exhaustion, just hours after it was confirmed that he had cancelled the rest of his Saint Pablo tour dates.

The rapper pulled the plug on a total of 21 North America shows after cancelling a gig at the Los Angeles Forum on Sunday (November 20) a few hours before showtime. The concert was taking place after he quit a show the night before after only playing three songs.

Widespread reports say that West was taken to the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday (November 21) for checks, with police confirming a "disturbance" had taken place at an address.

West previously cancelled some tour dates after his wife Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October, but he resumed his tour with around a dozen shows.
