Katy Perry has previewed her next music video.

The singer is releasing the track 'This Is How We Do' as a single from her 2013 record 'Prism'.

Its video has been in production and Perry confirmed on Twitter that it will be released today (July 31).

The US star took to Instagram on Wednesday (July 30) to post a couple of images of herself from the video shoot.

They see Perry rock a retro feel, with the singer adding: "#THISISHOWWEDO THE VIDEO 7.31.14."

The song meanwhile follows on from previous singles such as 'Roar' and 'Dark Horse'.

The promo clip for the latter track was recently named as YouTube's most popular music video of the year so far.
