Katy Perry reveals goals for the Super Bowl Half Time concertSongstress Katy Perry has opened up about her goals for the upcoming Super Bowl Half Time performance, which will take place on Sunday, February 1 in Arizona. When quizzed by Billboard magazine on what she wants to achieve by performing at the iconic event, the beauty explained that she has no ulterior motive in terms of making sales, but just wants to reach as many people as possible. The 'Teenage Dream' sensation admitted that all she hopes to do is play to a massive amount of viewers and fans: "There isn't any selling point going up the day after. I'm just selling my music to the broadest, widest audience ever." Perry recently told ESPN that she feels incredibly honoured to have been asked to play the Half Time show and can't wait to take the stage: "When it comes to the Super Bowl, I feel like I've outdreamt my dream in such an incredible way that I'm so grateful for. I don't get nervous about much, but I'll definitely be a little tingly inside that day." Follow us: @Pressparty on Twitter / Pressparty on Facebook.
