Katy Perry is the new face of Moschino

Pop sensation Katy Perry has announced that she is the new face of fashion brand Moschino.

She told her fans to stay tuned and teased the exciting news by tweeting: "Can't wait to show you one of my FAVORITE things EVER at the top of the hour... Stay 👀."

The beauty then returned to her social media pages and shared a photograph of herself (shown left) via Instagram taken from the promotional campaign, which she captioned with: "The face of Moschino."

Meanwhile, Perry's management confirmed yesterday that reports suggesting she has registered a song called '1984' as a rebuttal to Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' are completely false and a spokesperson for the superstar explained: "Katy Perry’s managers at Direct Management Group confirm that this story is completely false. Katy Perry was not involved in writing, singing, recording or registering this song."
