Katy Perry and John Mayer have released a series of images from a new joint photoshoot.

The partners recently teamed up for the track 'Who You Love' for Mayer's new album 'Paradise Valley'.

The song is being released as a single and the two lovebirds have joined forces for a photoshoot for the track's cover artwork.

In one shot Perry can be seen with an arm draped over Mayer as he plays guitar.

Another image sees Mayer kissing the 'Prism' star on the neck as she bends backwards with one foot in the air.

Some lyrics from 'Who You Love' meanwhile include:

"My girl, she ain't the one that I saw coming/And sometimes I don't know which way to go/And I tried to run before/But I'm not running anymore/Cause I've fought against it hard enough to know."

Mayer's record 'Paradise Valley' was released in August this year and reached No.2 on the US Billboard albums chart.
