Kelly Clarkson has unveiled her new single.

The singer is releasing the track 'Heartbeat Song' as her latest tune.

Today (January 12) the song was uploaded to iTunes in the US, with the song also available to Spotify UK listeners.

Clarkson posted on Twitter: "Holy cow I didn't even know my song would be up on iTunes already!! I just bought it haha! #heartbeatsong."

'Heartbeat Song' is the first single to be taken from the singer's upcoming album.

Speaking recently on Twitter about her new material, Clarkson said:

"My next album is pop. But I am always influenced by music I love, which is pop-rock/country/R&B/dance."
