The fantastic Kelly Osbourne has put an end to the constant rumours that she's putting weight back on by assuring US Magazine that it's simply not the case. 

The star, who is the face of Madonna and daughter Lola's 'Material Girl' clothing line, told the celebrity publication:

"[The media keeps] writing that I'm getting fat, and I'm not -- I'm the same size,"

She added that it's the press that seems to have a problem with her size because she is more than content with her new svelte figure:

"I work out half an hour a day and just eat what I want and I'm happy, so I don't really care,"

Her admirable positive outlook showed today, April 26, as she took to social networking site Twitter to congratulate her brother, Jack, for his role as producer on the new Ozzy Osbourne documentary and wrote:

"No joke I cried tears of joy for my little bro maybe 10 times I am that proud of him... I'm such a dork"
