Kelly Osbourne admits an occasion where she was so drunk she splashed out on a Chanel J12 watch.

The ‘Fashion Police’ star said she was so inebriated she did not remember purchasing the watch the following day.

Though the 28-year-old has reformed and rarely drinks these days, there was a time she went on spending sprees after a boozy session.

She told In Touch magazine: ''My biggest splurge purchase ever was a diamond encrusted Chanel J12 watch.

“I woke up wondering who gave me such a beautiful gift, then I found the receipt in my purse. A good lesson learned in my former life - don't drink and shop.''

She added that a Hermes travel bag collection bag set given to her as a gift by Sir Elton John has parts missing after a former friend stole it.

''Elton John gave me a silver, leather Hermes weekend travel collection bag set. It's one of a kind, but I only have two of the pieces left because a certain young starlet stole it from my house,” she said.
